Set the machine to autonomous. Or require approval for every action. Your call.
Every Mima workflow has a configurable autonomy level: Autonomous (executes overnight, no human in the loop), Auto after 48h (stages for review, executes if no objection), Require approval (always stages an approval card), Change-gated (blocked until a change request is approved), or Notify only (observes and alerts, never acts). Ghost seat reclamation, leaver flows, FlexLM pool right-sizing, shadow AI blocking — each can be set independently.
Source weights are also configurable: tell Mima how much to trust FlexLM data vs contract data vs Jamf MDM vs Tanium telemetry when building your estate position. Persona routing (SAM Manager, CISO, Procurement, DPO) determines which findings surface to which stakeholders and via which channel — Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, or in-app.
Stages the reclaim action in the governance backlog. Auto-executes after 48 hours unless explicitly rejected by an admin.
